Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-shows will be charged the full service fee. This policy allows us to offer your appointment time to other clients in need of services.
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will allow a grace period of up to 15 minutes. If you arrive after this time, we may not be able to complete your full treatment, as we must respect the schedules of other clients. If we are still able to accommodate you, the service may be shortened to fit within the remaining time.
